New Exhibition in Kuwait : An Arab Art for the whole World

I’ll take part in a cultural event from 13th to 14th March 2012 in Kuwait City, Kuwait organized by Kuwait’s Ministry of Information and Arabi Magazine. This year, the annual event will gather arab artists Ahmed Hajeri, Hassan Musa (Sudan), Dhia al Azzawi (Irak), Ali Taleb, Helmi El-Touni (Egypt) as well as eminent guest speakers from all over the world (Salah Stétié, Dr Gaber Asfour , Pr. Muhsin al Musawi just to name a few).

Happy New Year everyone !
The Institut du Monde Arabe (IMA) will organize a group exhibition themed on the Tunisian Revolution this January 2012 till April. About twenty tunisian artists have been selected to express their point of view about this major historic event through a broad range of arts (paintings, photography, scupltures, street art, cartoons, etc.). So if you are near Paris, don’t miss this opportunity to discover tunisian artists or have a different outlook on the « Arab spring ». This will definitely be a great artistic event !

L’Institut du Monde Arabe organise une exposition ayant pour thème la révolution Tunisienne du 17 Janvier au 1er Avril 2012, appelée « Dégagements… la Tunisie un an après ». Une vingtaine d’artistes tunisiens viendront exprimer leur point de vue à travers des regards artistiques variés (peinture, sculpture, graffiti, photographie, caricatures,…) sur l’évènement historique majeur que constitue la révolution Tunisienne. Ne manquez donc pas cette exposition majeur, qui est aussi l’occasion de découvrir des artistes tunisiens.

Hajeri to participate in Salon International des Arts Plastiques d’Abidjan – Côte d’Ivoire

First « Salon International des Arts Plastiques » will be held from 1st to 10th December 2011 in Abidjan, capital of Côte d’Ivoire. I had the honor to be invited to participate to that great artistic event among 15 other foreign artists and 50 local artists. The art fair is organized by the Côte d’Ivoire Ministry of Culture, Ms. Simone Guirandou N’Diaye is the Exhibition commissioner.

Le premier Salon International des Arts Plastiques d’Abidjan aura lieu du 1er au 10 décembre 2011 en Côte d’Ivoire. Le Ministère de la Culture ivoirien organise l’évènement grâce à Mme Simone Guirandou N’Diaye, commissaire de l’exposition. Celle-ci réunira une quinzaine d’artistes internationaux, une cinquantaine d’artistes locaux, ainsi que des conférenciers.

Solo Exhibition at Kanvas Art Gallery, Tunisia

From 21th March 2011, my recent artworks will be exhibited at the Kanvas Art Gallery which is located in La Soukra, Tunisia. This solo exhibition is held in the special context of the gallery’s 5th anniversary.

Opening hours are 10.30 to 13.00 and 15.00 to 19.30 from Tuesday to Saturday.

From 28th September to 15th December 2009, I’m participating to a group exhibition in Damascus, Syria, at the National Museum of Damascus, called « Damas-Paris : regards croisés« .
